Councilmember LaBonge is working to purchase a 138-acre parcel of pristine hillside adjacent to the famed Hollywood sign. The purchase would expand Griffith Park to the west, provide much needed public recreation space, preserve the view of the landmark sign and maintain a vital wildlife corridor between central Los Angeles and the western Santa Monica Mountains.
